Vanilla refill pack Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the review shortlist — Asuncionjouza
Vanilla in Asunción: 15 units tested over 5 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Delivery, returns and what 5–10 business days really means
The honest read on vanilla: 15 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Vanilla sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: vanilla in Asunción works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a vanilla refill pack really costs in Asunción
Vanilla refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 15 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested vanilla in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a vanilla bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Gs35 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs2.97 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why vanilla tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options. Shipping of nicotine to Asunción runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Paraguay need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 5–10 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
What nicotine strength should vanilla start at?
Start at whatever Paraguay allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On vanilla the budget price and the premium price can sit within Gs2.97 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
