The honest read on salted: 18 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at salted in Asunción, the first question is not strength. It is whether the prefilled pod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: salted in Asunción works if the prefilled pod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a salted prefilled pod really costs in Asunción
Salted in Asunción reaches the shelf in prefilled pod formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested salted in a prefilled pod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the prefilled pod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every salted bottle shipped into Asunción.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a prefilled pod arrives sealed but wrong.
Where salted goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why salted tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a prefilled pod that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
- Buying the cheapest prefilled pod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
