Vanilla cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the deals shortlist
Vanilla in Asunción: 20 units tested over 5 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
What vanilla costs in Asunción
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Asunción. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The honest read on vanilla: 20 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: vanilla in Asunción works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a vanilla cartomizer really costs in Asunción
We run vanilla the same way in Asunción: same cartomizer, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested vanilla in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a vanilla bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Gs37 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs2.51 per 10 ml.
- Mixing vanilla with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Paraguay need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Start at whatever Paraguay allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.

Not automatically. On vanilla the budget price and the premium price can sit within Gs2.51 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Asunción: about Gs2.51 per 10 ml liquid plus Gs37 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
