Dessert RDA Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the online shortlist
Dessert in Asunción: 19 units tested over 8 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
What the label on Dessert is allowed to say
Dessert in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Asunción the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Dessert prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs1.77 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 19 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a dessert RDA really costs in Asunción
Ordering into Asunción usually means waiting 5–10 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested dessert in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every dessert bottle shipped into Asunción.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised Gs54 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs1.77 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long dessert in Asunción survives.
