Tobacco cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the cheap shortlist
Tobacco in Asunción: 6 units tested over 7 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Coil life, liquid cost and the tobacco habit
Tobacco cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Ordering into Asunción usually means waiting 5–10 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a tobacco cartomizer really costs in Asunción
If you are looking at tobacco in Asunción, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested tobacco in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a tobacco bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Mixing tobacco with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

Frequently asked questions
How long does tobacco in a cartomizer last?
In Asunción we measured 7 to 6 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Asunción: about Gs2.95 per 10 ml liquid plus Gs30 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
