What the label on Plain is allowed to say
If you are looking at plain in Asunción, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The honest read on plain: 11 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: plain in Asunción works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain starter kit really costs in Asunción
If you are looking at plain in Asunción, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested plain in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plain bottle shipped into Asunción.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a plain bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where plain goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plain tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for plain in Asunción must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
