Sour squonk mod Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the order shortlist
Sour in Asunción: 6 units tested over 7 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Delivery, returns and what 5–10 business days really means
Sour squonk mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Sour in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Asunción the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, squonk mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sour squonk mod really costs in Asunción
Sour in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Asunción the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested sour in a squonk mod
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for squonk mod in Asunción, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into Asunción.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
Where sour goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sour tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.

Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On sour the budget price and the premium price can sit within Gs2.38 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
Why does sour taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the sour blend itself harsh.
How much does a squonk mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Asunción: about Gs2.38 per 10 ml liquid plus Gs52 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
