Dessert refill pack Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the flat shortlist
Dessert in Asunción: 11 units tested over 8 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
How to tell a good refill pack from a repack
A dessert refill pack from the flat-rate options in Asunción costs about Gs2.24 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Dessert in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Asunción the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a dessert refill pack really costs in Asunción
Dessert sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested dessert in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Asunción, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing dessert with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options.
Wholesale lines to Paraguay need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

In Asunción we measured 8 to 11 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.

How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Asunción: about Gs2.24 per 10 ml liquid plus Gs57 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
