Sour refill pack Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the flat shortlist
Sour in Asunción: 13 units tested over 4 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Delivery, returns and what 5–10 business days really means
A sour refill pack from the flat-rate options in Asunción costs about Gs2.18 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Sour prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs2.18 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long sour tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sour refill pack really costs in Asunción
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Asunción. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested sour in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a sour bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where sour goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sour tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised Gs62 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs2.18 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options.
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
