Frozen starter kit Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the deals shortlist
Frozen in Asunción: 22 units tested over 9 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Choosing a starter kit for frozen
The honest read on frozen: 22 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Frozen in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Asunción the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen starter kit really costs in Asunción
Frozen starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested frozen in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Asunción survives.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
The rules that apply here

Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options. Shipping of nicotine to Asunción runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
