Sour pen device Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the wholesale shortlist
Sour in Asunción: 6 units tested over 4 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
What the label on Sour is allowed to say
Sour pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Sour in Asunción reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sour pen device really costs in Asunción
Sour prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs1.69 per 10 ml.
How we tested sour in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into Asunción.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where sour goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised Gs46 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs1.69 per 10 ml.
- Mixing sour with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options. Shipping of nicotine to Asunción runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Paraguay need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
