Caramel vape pen Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the order shortlist
Caramel in Asunción: 11 units tested over 5 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
What caramel costs in Asunción
The honest read on caramel: 11 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs1.93 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel vape pen really costs in Asunción
We run caramel the same way in Asunción: same vape pen, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested caramel in a vape pen
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Asunción, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised Gs68 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs1.93 per 10 ml.
