Pear vape pen Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the online shortlist
Pear in Asunción: 8 units tested over 5 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Delivery, returns and what 5–10 business days really means
We run pear the same way in Asunción: same vape pen, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Pear prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs3.24 per 10 ml.
The short version: pear in Asunción works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a pear vape pen really costs in Asunción
Pear in Asunción reaches the shelf in vape pen formats, and the online ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested pear in a vape pen
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a pear bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Asunción, since tanks and pods go first.
Where pear goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Gs62 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs3.24 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options.
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
