Caramel RDA Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the order shortlist
Caramel in Asunción: 22 units tested over 8 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
What caramel costs in Asunción
Caramel RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Caramel in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Asunción the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: caramel in Asunción works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel RDA really costs in Asunción
If you are looking at caramel in Asunción, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested caramel in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Asunción.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options. Shipping of nicotine to Asunción runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for caramel in Asunción must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Asunción: about Gs1.87 per 10 ml liquid plus Gs56 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Paraguay allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
