Nutty pen device Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the review shortlist
Nutty in Asunción: 21 units tested over 5 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
What nutty costs in Asunción
Nutty sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Nutty prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs2.05 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long nutty tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a nutty pen device really costs in Asunción
Most people searching Jouza Hookah in Asunción are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested nutty in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a nutty bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every nutty bottle shipped into Asunción.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where nutty goes wrong
- Mixing nutty with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised Gs33 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs2.05 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for nutty in Asunción must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options. Shipping of nicotine to Asunción runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Asunción: about Gs2.05 per 10 ml liquid plus Gs33 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should nutty start at?
Start at whatever Paraguay allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Why does nutty taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the nutty blend itself harsh.
