Candy mesh tank Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the guide shortlist
Candy in Asunción: 22 units tested over 3 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
How we tested Candy mesh tank here
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs2.79 per 10 ml.
A candy mesh tank from the starter options in Asunción costs about Gs2.79 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, mesh tank, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a candy mesh tank really costs in Asunción
Candy in a mesh tank is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Asunción the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested candy in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a candy bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where candy goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why candy tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Paraguay need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On candy the budget price and the premium price can sit within Gs2.79 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
Why does candy taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the candy blend itself harsh.
