Mint 30 ml shortfill Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the review shortlist — Asuncionjouza
Mint in Asunción: 11 units tested over 6 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
How we tested Mint 30 ml shortfill here
Mint sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The honest read on mint: 11 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: mint in Asunción works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mint 30 ml shortfill really costs in Asunción
The honest read on mint: 11 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested mint in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a mint bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mint bottle shipped into Asunción.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where mint goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing mint with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.

Wholesale lines to Paraguay need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Asunción: about Gs2.86 per 10 ml liquid plus Gs57 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does mint taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the mint blend itself harsh.
