Plum box mod Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the best shortlist
Plum in Asunción: 13 units tested over 9 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs3.29 per 10 ml.
We run plum the same way in Asunción: same box mod, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum box mod really costs in Asunción
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Asunción. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested plum in a box mod
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Asunción, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where plum goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Asunción survives.
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options.
Packaging for plum in Asunción must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
How much does a box mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Asunción: about Gs3.29 per 10 ml liquid plus Gs32 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever Paraguay allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a box mod.
