Iced starter kit Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the deals shortlist
Iced in Asunción: 15 units tested over 9 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Coil life, liquid cost and the iced habit
Iced in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Asunción the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Ordering into Asunción usually means waiting 5–10 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested iced in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where iced goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
- Mixing iced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why iced tastes flat after two days.
