Iced pen device Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the budget shortlist
Iced in Asunción: 9 units tested over 5 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
We run iced the same way in Asunción: same pen device, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you are looking at iced in Asunción, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: iced in Asunción works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced pen device really costs in Asunción
If you are looking at iced in Asunción, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested iced in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where iced goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Gs28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs2.73 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long iced in Asunción survives.
- Mixing iced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Paraguay need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
