Frozen cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the order shortlist
Frozen in Asunción: 23 units tested over 7 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
What frozen costs in Asunción
If you are looking at frozen in Asunción, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Frozen in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Asunción the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: frozen in Asunción works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen cartomizer really costs in Asunción
Frozen cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested frozen in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.

Frequently asked questions
How long does frozen in a cartomizer last?
In Asunción we measured 7 to 23 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within Gs3.57 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
