Caramel mesh tank Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the guide shortlist
Caramel in Asunción: 14 units tested over 7 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
How we tested Caramel mesh tank here
The honest read on caramel: 14 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs3.45 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 14 units, mesh tank, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel mesh tank really costs in Asunción
We run caramel the same way in Asunción: same mesh tank, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested caramel in a mesh tank
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised Gs31 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs3.45 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options.
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
