How we tested Cream sub-ohm kit here
We run cream the same way in Asunción: same sub-ohm kit, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Cream in Asunción reaches the shelf in sub-ohm kit formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the sub-ohm kit you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cream sub-ohm kit really costs in Asunción
If you are looking at cream in Asunción, the first question is not strength. It is whether the sub-ohm kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested cream in a sub-ohm kit
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cream bottle shipped into Asunción.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where cream goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest sub-ohm kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a sub-ohm kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.

Frequently asked questions
How long does cream in a sub-ohm kit last?
In Asunción we measured 7 to 11 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should cream start at?
Start at whatever Paraguay allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a sub-ohm kit.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
