Caramel 100 ml bottle Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the flat shortlist — Asuncionjouza
Caramel in Asunción: 16 units tested over 3 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
What caramel costs in Asunción
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a 100 ml bottle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs2.41 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the 100 ml bottle you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel 100 ml bottle really costs in Asunción
If you are looking at caramel in Asunción, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 100 ml bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested caramel in a 100 ml bottle
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the 100 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 100 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest 100 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for caramel in Asunción must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a 100 ml bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Asunción: about Gs2.41 per 10 ml liquid plus Gs61 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within Gs2.41 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 100 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
