Candy cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the guide shortlist
Candy in Asunción: 23 units tested over 6 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
What candy costs in Asunción
If you are looking at candy in Asunción, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs2.94 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 23 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a candy cartomizer really costs in Asunción
Candy in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Asunción the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested candy in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where candy goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why candy tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised Gs66 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs2.94 per 10 ml.
- Mixing candy with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for candy in Asunción must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Paraguay need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Asunción?
Yes, tracked to 5–10 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On candy the budget price and the premium price can sit within Gs2.94 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should candy start at?
Start at whatever Paraguay allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
