Ordering Jouza Hookah to Asunción: the practical version
If you are looking at vanilla in Asunción, the first question is not strength. It is whether the e-liquid bundle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Vanilla in a e-liquid bundle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Asunción the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the e-liquid bundle you buy decides how long vanilla tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a vanilla e-liquid bundle really costs in Asunción
We run vanilla the same way in Asunción: same e-liquid bundle, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested vanilla in a e-liquid bundle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a e-liquid bundle arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a e-liquid bundle that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Paraguay need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should vanilla start at?
Start at whatever Paraguay allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a e-liquid bundle.
How long does vanilla in a e-liquid bundle last?
In Asunción we measured 9 to 21 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a e-liquid bundle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Asunción: about Gs2.57 per 10 ml liquid plus Gs32 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
