Vanilla cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the wholesale shortlist — Asuncionjouza
Vanilla in Asunción: 18 units tested over 6 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Choosing a cartomizer for vanilla
The honest read on vanilla: 18 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Vanilla prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs3.43 per 10 ml.
The short version: vanilla in Asunción works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a vanilla cartomizer really costs in Asunción
Vanilla cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested vanilla in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every vanilla bottle shipped into Asunción.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised Gs65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs3.43 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options.
Wholesale lines to Paraguay need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On vanilla the budget price and the premium price can sit within Gs3.43 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
Why does vanilla taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the vanilla blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should vanilla start at?
Start at whatever Paraguay allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
