The short version: tropical in Asunción works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tropical sub-ohm kit really costs in Asunción
Tropical in a sub-ohm kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Asunción the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested tropical in a sub-ohm kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a tropical bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tropical bottle shipped into Asunción.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised Gs49 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs3.26 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
How long does tropical in a sub-ohm kit last?
In Asunción we measured 8 to 13 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does tropical taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the tropical blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Asunción?
Yes, tracked to 5–10 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
