What the label on Tropical is allowed to say
Tropical in Asunción reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Tropical refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: tropical in Asunción works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tropical refill pack really costs in Asunción
Tropical refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested tropical in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Asunción, since tanks and pods go first.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Gs65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs2.78 per 10 ml.
- Mixing tropical with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tropical tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
