Tobacco pen device Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the wholesale shortlist — Asuncionjouza
Tobacco in Asunción: 10 units tested over 5 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Coil life, liquid cost and the tobacco habit
A tobacco pen device from the bulk options in Asunción costs about Gs2.6 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Ordering into Asunción usually means waiting 5–10 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long tobacco tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tobacco pen device really costs in Asunción
We run tobacco the same way in Asunción: same pen device, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested tobacco in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options. Shipping of nicotine to Asunción runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should tobacco start at?
Start at whatever Paraguay allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Asunción?
Yes, tracked to 5–10 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
