Spiced RDA Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the flat shortlist
Spiced in Asunción: 10 units tested over 2 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
How we tested Spiced RDA here
Spiced in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Asunción the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
We run spiced the same way in Asunción: same RDA, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long spiced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a spiced RDA really costs in Asunción
Spiced in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Asunción the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested spiced in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every spiced bottle shipped into Asunción.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long spiced in Asunción survives.
- Mixing spiced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options.
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should spiced start at?
Start at whatever Paraguay allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
Do you ship tracked orders to Asunción?
Yes, tracked to 5–10 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How long does spiced in a RDA last?
In Asunción we measured 2 to 10 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
