Spiced pen device Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the cheap shortlist
Spiced in Asunción: 18 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
What spiced costs in Asunción
Spiced sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
We run spiced the same way in Asunción: same pen device, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a spiced pen device really costs in Asunción
Ordering into Asunción usually means waiting 5–10 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested spiced in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every spiced bottle shipped into Asunción.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Asunción, since tanks and pods go first.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long spiced in Asunción survives.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should spiced start at?
Start at whatever Paraguay allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
How long does spiced in a pen device last?
In Asunción we measured 9 to 18 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On spiced the budget price and the premium price can sit within Gs2.36 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
