Sour refill pack Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the online shortlist
Sour in Asunción: 13 units tested over 7 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Delivery, returns and what 5–10 business days really means
We run sour the same way in Asunción: same refill pack, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Sour in Asunción reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the online ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long sour tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested sour in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Asunción, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where sour goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised Gs45 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs1.65 per 10 ml.
