What a sour box mod really costs in Asunción
If you are looking at sour in Asunción, the first question is not strength. It is whether the box mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested sour in a box mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into Asunción.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where sour goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sour tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised Gs51 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs2.11 per 10 ml.
