Sour 30 ml shortfill Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the flat shortlist
Sour in Asunción: 18 units tested over 6 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Where buyers go wrong with sour in Asunción
Sour prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs3.25 per 10 ml.
Sour 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sour 30 ml shortfill really costs in Asunción
Sour sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested sour in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where sour goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sour tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options.
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Asunción?
Yes, tracked to 5–10 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Asunción: about Gs3.25 per 10 ml liquid plus Gs37 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does sour taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the sour blend itself harsh.
