Sour 100 ml bottle Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the online shortlist
Sour in Asunción: 20 units tested over 3 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
What sour costs in Asunción
We run sour the same way in Asunción: same 100 ml bottle, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
A sour 100 ml bottle from the online options in Asunción costs about Gs1.76 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: sour in Asunción works if the 100 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sour 100 ml bottle really costs in Asunción
Sour prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs1.76 per 10 ml.
How we tested sour in a 100 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into Asunción.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
Where sour goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sour tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised Gs52 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs1.76 per 10 ml.
