What sour costs in Asunción
A sour 10 ml bottle from the reviewed options in Asunción costs about Gs2.85 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Sour prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs2.85 per 10 ml.
The short version: sour in Asunción works if the 10 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sour 10 ml bottle really costs in Asunción
Sour sounds like one product. It is not: a 10 ml bottle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested sour in a 10 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into Asunción.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a sour bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where sour goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a 10 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
- Mixing sour with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.

Frequently asked questions
How long does sour in a 10 ml bottle last?
In Asunción we measured 3 to 18 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On sour the budget price and the premium price can sit within Gs2.85 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
Why does sour taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 10 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the sour blend itself harsh.
