Choosing a RDA for salted
We run salted the same way in Asunción: same RDA, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Salted prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs3.14 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 7 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a salted RDA really costs in Asunción

How we tested salted in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where salted goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why salted tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
