The short version: plum in Asunción works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum vape pen really costs in Asunción
We run plum the same way in Asunción: same vape pen, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested plum in a vape pen
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Asunción.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where plum goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
