What plum costs in Asunción
Plum in Asunción reaches the shelf in sub-ohm kit formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
We run plum the same way in Asunción: same sub-ohm kit, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the sub-ohm kit you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum sub-ohm kit really costs in Asunción
Plum sounds like one product. It is not: a sub-ohm kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested plum in a sub-ohm kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Asunción.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where plum goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing plum with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options. Shipping of nicotine to Asunción runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within Gs3.6 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever Paraguay allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a sub-ohm kit.
