What a plum starter kit really costs in Asunción
If you are looking at plum in Asunción, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested plum in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Asunción.
Where plum goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Gs67 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs2.36 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
