The short version: plum in Asunción works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum starter kit really costs in Asunción
We run plum the same way in Asunción: same starter kit, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested plum in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Asunción, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
Where plum goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised Gs39 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs3.52 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Asunción?
Yes, tracked to 5–10 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within Gs3.52 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
