Plum RDA Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the budget shortlist
Plum in Asunción: 15 units tested over 2 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Delivery, returns and what 5–10 business days really means
We run plum the same way in Asunción: same RDA, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
A plum RDA from the budget options in Asunción costs about Gs2.9 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum RDA really costs in Asunción
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs2.9 per 10 ml.
How we tested plum in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Asunción, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where plum goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing plum with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
