Plum pod kit Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the order shortlist
Plum in Asunción: 7 units tested over 9 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
If you are looking at plum in Asunción, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pod kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Plum in Asunción reaches the shelf in pod kit formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: plum in Asunción works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum pod kit really costs in Asunción
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs2.42 per 10 ml.
How we tested plum in a pod kit
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for pod kit in Asunción, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where plum goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a pod kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options.
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
