Plum in Asunción: 8 units tested over 7 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Ordering Jouza Hookah to Asunción: the practical version
Plum mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Plum sounds like one product. It is not: a mesh tank running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 8 units, mesh tank, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum mesh tank really costs in Asunción
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs3.06 per 10 ml.
How we tested plum in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where plum goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Asunción survives.
- Treating the advertised Gs41 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs3.06 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options.
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
