Plum mesh tank Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the flat shortlist
Plum in Asunción: 22 units tested over 2 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Most people searching Jouza Hookah in Asunción are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Plum in a mesh tank is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Asunción the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum mesh tank really costs in Asunción
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs2.01 per 10 ml.
How we tested plum in a mesh tank
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where plum goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options. Shipping of nicotine to Asunción runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for plum in Asunción must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
