Plum cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the order shortlist
Plum in Asunción: 12 units tested over 3 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
How to tell a good cartomizer from a repack
The honest read on plum: 12 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
We run plum the same way in Asunción: same cartomizer, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum cartomizer really costs in Asunción
Plum in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Asunción the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested plum in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Asunción.
Where plum goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Asunción survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options. Shipping of nicotine to Asunción runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Yes, tracked to 5–10 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Can I order Jouza Hookah online in Asunción?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 5–10 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
