Ordering Jouza Hookah to Asunción: the practical version
Plum in Asunción reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs2.95 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 8 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum cartomizer really costs in Asunción
If you are looking at plum in Asunción, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested plum in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Asunción, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
Where plum goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Paraguay need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
