Coil life, liquid cost and the plum habit
Ordering into Asunción usually means waiting 5–10 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs3.4 per 10 ml.
The short version: plum in Asunción works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum 60 ml bottle really costs in Asunción
A plum 60 ml bottle from the reviewed options in Asunción costs about Gs3.4 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested plum in a 60 ml bottle
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Asunción.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where plum goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised Gs56 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs3.4 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest 60 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
How long does plum in a 60 ml bottle last?
In Asunción we measured 5 to 12 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.

Start at whatever Paraguay allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 60 ml bottle.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within Gs3.4 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
