Plum 100 ml bottle Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the budget shortlist
Plum in Asunción: 8 units tested over 7 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
How to tell a good 100 ml bottle from a repack
If you are looking at plum in Asunción, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 100 ml bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Plum sounds like one product. It is not: a 100 ml bottle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: plum in Asunción works if the 100 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum 100 ml bottle really costs in Asunción
We run plum the same way in Asunción: same 100 ml bottle, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested plum in a 100 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the 100 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where plum goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a 100 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 100 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Paraguay need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever Paraguay allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 100 ml bottle.
Do you ship tracked orders to Asunción?
Yes, tracked to 5–10 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 100 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
